My Role: Leading UX design for multiple squads, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing requirements, defining user flows, improving agent experience, collecting user feedback through focus group sessions, card sorting and 1-1 interviews, wireframing, prototyping

SCIX-Danaher is a global science and technology innovator committed to helping customers solve complex challenges and improving quality of life around the world.
My Role: Synthesizing complex requirements, conducting usability journey mapping, empathy mapping sessions, communicating design rationales to stakeholders, Figma sessions to developers, wireframing, prototyping, improving DSM, designing and delivering design artifacts, UX review after development.
