TELUS's Casa app is used by 12,000+ agents to support Telus and Koodo customers who purchased Home and Mobility products through them.
My Role: Leading the design team, UX design for multiple squads, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing requirements, defining user flows, collecting user feedback through focus group sessions, card sorting and 1-1 interviews, wireframing, prototyping.

My Role: Synthesizing complex requirements, conducting usability journey mapping, empathy mapping sessions, communicating design rationales to stakeholders, Figma sessions to developers, wireframing, prototyping, improving DSM, designing and delivering design artifacts, UX review after development.
